Very long waiting times in the field of customer service - more than 45 minutes ...
Staff at the front desk (08/12/19 at 12:10) was unfortunately very rude and cheeky, was there alone and very annoyed. Unfortunately I felt uncomfortable and unwanted as a customer of the TK in this branch.
