Sure the wait is long on the phone but i do realize they're more than me that needs assistance. So I'm proactive in seeking help for myself. I email the case worker and any other department. Yes they may have SOME caseworkers that are less than professional so i take notes on all interactions and keep searching fo answers.I'm blessed to have Ms. B. Roberts that always is ready to assist me when she is available.
