I am thankful to the administration of MVJCE, both at institute and departmental levels, for high degree of flexibility and independence given to me as a faculty member. As a young academician, i am knee to establish myself in this highly competitive field as a both stellar researcher and teacher. The amount of support I received from administration to bring this dream to reality is simple incredible, and I am certain MVJCE will have a most important role to play in my development as an academician.
