My first visit review. My cleaning was fine. Dr. Rayek is good. His staff is not.I m trying to work out the details of my Invisalign. The hygienist told me the appropriate next step. However, the billing person Nargiss, is completely dishonest. I ve still not had the appointment for the clinical check, The staff scheduled the wrong appointment. I did follow up with a receptionist. There has been no follow up phone call two weeks later. Their phone calls are recorded. It s their business policy. Dr. Rayek should listen to the lack of professionalism within his staff. His old partner, Dr. Grace Lee was exceptional at Smiles at Reston. It s a shame. His other office is more professional.
