We just visited this office for the first time a few months ago and loved our experience. We took all 3 kids at once, which helped the younger two feel at ease. My 2 yr old was going for the first time and they were very patient with her and she did great! We loved the stuffed dolls with big teeth to show the kids what they were going to do and letting them hold them while getting the cleaning. They didn't push anything on us or the kids. If the hygienist felt one of my kids was getting a little nervous, they would stop and distract with something for a minute until me child relaxed. Everyone was really nice and my kids loved it. They also loved the little prizes they got afterwards. I'm glad we found this office!
