Do not use ParkWhiz!!! They gave me a scanner code that didn't work in a busy downtown Chicago parking lot. People behind me were getting angry that I was taking so long. I ended up having to pay for a full price ticket out of my own pocket to enter and exit the facility. When I asked for compensation, they only returned my discounted original purchase and gave me the rest as a "credit". I've been going back and forth with them via email, phone, and text but still no luck. ADVICE: USE SPOTHERO INSTEAD!!
