I have cancelled my policy and after 90 days I'm still waiting for my money. First Extended is telling me the service dealer needs to do it yet they do know the dealer went out of business but they want me to go through the dealer. Evidently they think I can go to an empty building and start this. Also , if you live within 40 miles of dealer you have to have car serviced there. I live 44 miles from dealer but according to FE 44 is less than 40 so instead of taking my car 2 miles to a 5 star Chevy dealer they say I have to take it 44 miles away no exceptions.
