I had a mixed experience with Azerbaijan International. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were disappointing. Their website, azer.com, was easy to navigate and I found the information I needed quickly. However, their customer support was lacking. The response time was slow and the representatives were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
