Positive: Spa is beautiful in the snow. Massages are good and Maika was very helpful. Wine pairing with dinner is a great deal.

Negative: The reception area is understaffed leading to long wait times on a Friday night and help desk are pretty unhelpful or just ignorant. I also didn't appreciate being nickled and dimed for the rental robe and flip flops for purchase. I can maybe understand an additional fee for a robe but just roll the flip flops into it or at least offer it at the same place you rent the robe.
