Made an email reservation by using gift voucher but their receptionists do not give me confirmation at the end. Wasted my time to double check with them through email and call them many times and finally booked it. Their room and bed is relatively small but overall is good. Location is good, walking distance with Bugis Junction and bugis mrt.
