Just horrible situation ,nobody collecting rubbish...

Just horrible situation ,nobody collecting rubbish over 2 weeks ,maggots ,fleas ,bad smell around and it's happened not one or two times but periodically ,somebody HELP to clean up Grotto Road in Margate !
