They were helpful and got me in and out super fast. I had an issue with a different eyewear store and no one could seemingly get my broken piece fixed. I contacted the company and the company sent the pieces to Progressive Eyecare & Eyewear, who then called me and told me to come in at my convenience. The whole process was seamless and I cannot thank you all enough for pulling off this fixer upper pair of glasses. THANK YOU!
