We had a stellar experience with JW. Our rep, Jake Pettit, was really knowledgeable and provided so much insight to make sure we knew what we were investing in. Along with the finance department, Jake went above and beyond to make the installation affordable. The following day, the technicians, Marcus and Ryan got started right away and worked diligently throughout the day, never compromising the quality of work despite the long hours. It means a lot to our family to finally have central air and heat after years of window units. We've had some pretty bad customer service on large purchases lately so working with John Wayne was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended!). We're so happy with the system and this whole experience will prompt us to recommend to everyone. Thanks Jake, Marcus and Ryan. You all were stand up guys!
