This was my second visit to Inniskillin Winery. The cost of the tour has increased and the price of the tour could only be applied to ice wine. The tour is informative especially on ice wine production. I definitely have an appreciation of what is involved in the making ice wines. Having tasting other ice wines, I believe Inniskillin has the best. I did purchase a bottle and will enjoy it this winter thinking about how it is produced.
