Review of Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort

No issue with the room, clean room, nice sea view....

No issue with the room, clean room, nice sea view. My biggest problem is delay check in. I reach there around 2pm and I dont have any concern to wait until normal check in time at 3PM and they promised to call once room is ready. I wait until 3,still haven't received any call so I check again with receptionist and she said not ready yet. So I wait again until 4PM, i received notification on my world of Hyatt apps said that my room is ready. To management if you not ready to handle full capacity please dont.. Dont take for granted. Fyi, Its not weekend.. I check in on Monday.
