This absolutely an amazing peaceful and cozy place...

This absolutely an amazing peaceful and cozy place away from city loud. Comparing my last time visit 9 years ago with this visit, would like to share my experience in certain points:
- Check-in process takes time with paperwork unfortunately, this can be much faster and easier.
- There was a high quality coffee machine Nespresso may be which is now not available. Even if you order a coffee they only provides coffee latte or black coffee which tastes not like a real coffee, this is a backward steps after 9 years which is not logical actually for such a nice place.
- The bathtub was full of rust after filling with a warm water, most likely because of the villa heater. They were nice handling the problem by transferring us to other villa but this took a while - hours- as they sent someone to check. We still there and I will update this if they provide any compensation at the time of checking out.
- The bathroom water temperature is not stable which can lead to a serious burn as it turns very hot suddenly even when it is on the cold side! I couldn't discuss this with them again as we are checking out today anyway, again will update this after checking out.
- The pool is very clean and warm also.
- Breakfast & dinner were i included in my room and were really generous and tasty. Orders to the villa will take 45-50 min.
- Excellent SPA and a great Gym.
- Indoor play area for kids with a nanny personal free of charge.
- WiFi connection was stable with a high speed, see the test result in the picture. Much faster internet at the lobby.
- All of the staff are really friendly, many thanks.

As a summary, very recommended place to relax, this place can be improved though.
