Company called me back. Was able to get a discount still. The guy I talked to was very polite and apologetic. Glad to have at least one positive interaction.

I have tried to call them and get nothing but a run around. I am so disgusted. I guess I'll wait for a bill. This was the worst company I worked with when I used to purchase DME. As a patient it's even worse. 20 min of xfers and holds and a week later in still not in the system. Then I vent and get hung up on.
