They don't even deserve a rating. My fiance was rushed there by his boss today for severe abdominal pain along with other symptoms. They took at least half an hour to get him back to a room, then waited on shift changed for a doctor to even come in the room. The dr Patrick Robinson finally came in the room asked what was going on, we told him. His response was "well what do you want me to do for you?" Find out what's causing his pain. Patrick responds "well this is the er and I can't do anything for you here." Then why the hell are we here??? He left the room and never came back, sent a nurse in with discharge papers. The first nurse that had came in was nice and had put my fiance on an iv. When mr Patrick made his uncaring comments and refused treatment, I took the iv out of my fiance myself and we left but not before filing complaints with patients relations and me giving them an ear full. Absolutely unacceptable service. Unacceptable comments from the so called doctor. Over all the whole experience was unacceptable from armc. They'll still want their money though. Dont go to this hospital if you want to live.
