I've always received the best service from the Calgary BMW service department. In Elise's hands I have no worries that the work on my vehicle will be done right, on time, and exactly as was described. She goes out of her way to make sure I'm informed at every step of the way and that any need I have is handled. Even though she could be managing many customers, anytime we speak she instills a sense that I'm #1. She's the reason I take my vehicle there exclusively. Thanks so much for everything you do for me. While I never wish for my vehicle to need service, I can always expect a wonderful experience with Elise and Calgary BMW.
