I approached Ronald James to recruit a role for us. Made it clear, it was urgent. Made contact with them and spoke to one of the sales guys. He said he would email me forms that afternoon. Nothing arrived. So I messaged him. He said he would call. 3-4 hours later. Fobbed off with excuses. Coming from this person and that person etc. clearly think this is the case of, too small for them to care.
