Year long rented within this building. Positive are the excellent and very supportive office managers (receptionists). and clean and good facilities. Furthermore, they are in a readily accessible location. Negative is the (very) poorly accessible middle management that you see in eg. tenants selection, correction and day-to-day management, everything that costs extra - in proportion to your rent - (too) much money. A day to rent a consulting room costs 50% of your monthly rent so to speak. Finally, without any glance or blushing, an administration fee of 20 euros is added to an invoice without any legal announcements if you pay a few days late. Reaction is: yes, you only have to pay with an authorization. So make sure you put everything on paper well beforehand with the location manager and realize that everything costs extra (too) much money for the target group. Small (honorary) self-employed. Hence, unfortunately, the 2/5 rating.

Since day 1, we have been working in the office building of Regus in Groningen with Auxiliary Student Groningen and this works out very well.

We opted for Regus, because we had just started with Auxiliary Student in Groningen and had the opportunity to work and grow with Regus flexibly. After half a year we have taken a permanent office (fully furnished) and I think the rent is neat for what we get. A free parking space (sufficient too) and a friendly reception desk are all included.

Regus Groningen also regularly arranges breakfast for all customers in Groningen, fruit or something else and for networking, for example. We found the most important thing to be flexible thinking and finding a solution.

In short, very satisfied.
