Took my truck in for a Safety Recall, They Refused...

Took my truck in for a Safety Recall, They Refused service.

The lane manager then threatened My job and legal ACTION after there tech left equipment in my truck and I didnt want to drive 45 Mins to return it. Refused to send someone to pick it up
