We live in an ARC owned neighborhood (Chace Lake) and ARC continually keeps harassing us over a painted fence. My neighbors and I, thinks it looks fine but they keep threatening us with fines. The worst agent is named Amanda Carr. She continually keeps ignoring our request, and she keeps threatening us financially. These people are greedy and horrendous. In addition, I also think that they own a high proportion of Birmingham real-estate. This makes me believe that they violate an anti-trust law (they have a monopoly). Therefore, if you want to sell your house go do that on Zillow. Avoid this place at all cost.
