Frank Traver was amazing to work with! There was no run-around. Frank was upfront with pricing and got us to the price we wanted within an hour. Frank was professional & friendly. On the day my husband & I picked up the car, Frank couldn't be there but made sure we were taken care of by the best. He arranged from John to take care of the paper work. John was an absolute delight and kept us laughing throughout the process ($0.07, inside joke :)).

When it's time for us to get a car again, Frank & John will be our first stop!
