This is a horrible management company. They kept making accounting mistakes on my statements over and over again. I contacted Lisa and made the correct payment. Next month they kept adding the late fee and sent the account to an attorney. I talked to a nice attorney who went through the statement and made the correction again. Next month late fee appears again. I think they hire people that don t have the right experience. They have been our new management company and in less than a year have replaced the representative to our building three times. No one seems to stay at this company. They will not be our management company for much longer. I will certainly see to it.
