We had to stay at this hotel due to a softball tournament requirement of staying at specified hotels. On Saturday June 22, 2019, we got into the hotel around 8pm after a long day at the softball field. I called the front desk and asked for 3 bath towels because naturally we needed to shower again. The gentleman said he would send towels shortly. After 30 minutes and no towels, I called again and got a woman who proceeded to tell me very quickly and matter-of-factly, that housekeeping was closed and she couldn t get into housekeeping to send towels. I asked if I could come downstairs to get some from the front desk and she said no we don t have any here . So I reiterated are you saying I cannot get any towels cause I only need 3? . She repeated, yes I know but housekeeping is closed and we don t have any . So I pushed back explaining that it was unacceptable as I m a paying customer and I ve never experienced this at any hotel, I ve ever stayed at and I needed her to try and find me towels. She rudely put me on hold, came back and asked me how many people I have on my reservation and I said 3. She said no you have 2, that s why you don t have enough towels . At that point I asked her for her name and she continued to try to talk over me asking me do you still need the towels or not? . I said do I need to come to the front desk to get your name because I m really disappointed with the way your treating me and I would like to speak with a supervisor. She then said yeah come down! At that point I went down to the front desk to get this woman s name and I recorded the entire conversation. She continued to be rude and argumentative toward me, and lied to my face several times stating she never told me she would not try to get me towels. I couldn t believe it so I told her I want you to know I recorded this conversation and I will forward it on to Radisson Executive Management. This woman who still would not give me her name and apparently removed her name tag because she wasn t wearing one, yet the other Front Desk employee was wearing one, started to back peddle and apologize but only after I told her I was recording. She also finally gave me her name, Reika! Reika is extremely rude and condescending and should not be in customer service. After a long day, the last thing I wanted to have to do is argue with hotel staff to get clean towels to take showers. I will never stay at Radisson again, first and last time.
