I ordered a 20' x 25' garage from Kodiak Shed and ...

I ordered a 20' x 25' garage from Kodiak Shed and Garage on July 27th. They were supposed to drop off the material on October 29th, the day after my house closed. After chasing them down the week prior they bailed on me the day of closing. All JP (owner) kept saying was it was 'weather dependent". I was told if there was snow they couldn't do it. There was and still is no snow. Oh and yes his crew were leaving to go hunting the following Monday for 2 weeks. This garage is an add on to my mortgage putting me in a precarious position with my lender and scrambling to find another builder. They had 3 months to bail on me but did so the day if closing. If I could rate them a zero I would. I would never recommend this company! JP plays on words and his professionalism does not exist. He just does not care about the customer at all.
