I wanted to thank Erica and Jake for helping my wife and I with our new truck in getting the Uconnect working. The uconnect would still not be working if it was not for the two of them working with multiple phone calls over a few days to fix the issue.
As normal the staff at Pinckney Chrysler have came through again in helping solve an issue.
I would also like to point out Dean for helping us pick out our new 2020 Dodge Ram and also taking the extra time it took him to find the truck that My wife wanted.
We have been purchasing vehicles from Pinckney Chrysler since 1998 and still a happy customer.
