I had ordered a Samsung refrigerator, but due to our recent move, I wanted it delivered to the new area s warehouse. During the on-line purchase, I could not see where I could indicate the new warehouse in our area, so I called DB, the next day, after placing my order. Trust me, it was a time consuming, convoluted process that prompted assistance from Diego in Merrillville, IN (2020062863002271), then Amy. The order had to be cancelled & re-ordered. Credit card to be re-imbursed & purchase re-made. This process took approx a week via back & forth emails. You would think that having supplied DB with our new address previously, that the closest warehouse would be a no-brainer, but that s not the case. (Note: If you relocate, provide DB not only with your new address, but if there is a warehouse closer, provide them with this info too! Otherwise, your orders continue to go to the old warehouse.) As such, the assistance I received from both Diego & Amy was most polite, professional and five star top notch. Hence, the five stars. Direct Buy itself gets a **1/2 rating. Having a warehouse p/u point on their website, when changing one s address, would be extremely helpful. The convoluted process that ensued could have easily been avoided. High fives to Diego & Amy.
