VJTI is one of the oldest college not only in India but in entire Asia.
It played a major role in setting up of IIT-Bombay institute.
It has many distinguished alumni till date in not only Engineering or Technology domain but in other like Politics or Business domains also.
It's difficult to get in to this college due to tough competition.
There are Diploma, Degree, Master and Doctors courses available here.
Currently there are 9 branches for Degree (B.Tech.), and for Master there are two choices available (M.Tech. and MCA).
