I am Loyal to G.M. Products. I have had one issue with my door locks and I had to call a tow truck and take it in for repairs. My problem was fixed! My only issue was with my key fob that they never returned it back to me. I kept requiring about it. Finally a lady at the service desk said she would mail it to me I never did received my spare Key or Fob all I can say about that is thank God for "onstar" they were very happy to help when I was locked out. My next vehicle, I will try leasing. I don't drive a lot. I have a 2010 Malibu LT with only 47,000 miles I purchased the extended warranty up to 100,000 miles. So I will always keep it.
