They steal your money, went there last weekend, bought the tickets online, they didn't work, the desk couldn't help us because there was no trace saying we bought the tickets, other than the barcodes on my phone and the money missing from my bank account. Called customer service they said they would refund me the money still no hint of the money coming back into my account.
