I would like to start off by saying that this company should be ashamed of themselves. I would think that being a business owner myself the number one priority is customer service, they have failed miserably at this. I purchased 3 treadmills from Carolina Ftiness Equipment that were expensive, from the moment they were put in service at my facility I have had nothing but problems with them and have been EMBARRASED to have these items in my club. Carolina Fitness Equipment sent a service rep out in an attempt to fix the situation, as of right now I have one treadmill that wont even turn on. Chris the service rep manager said they could send someone over for $150. This is outrageuos and they should be embarrased of not only their less than satisfactory equipment but their horrible customer service. I would think that you would want to continue to have a good relationship with someone that would have continued to purchase equipment and help build future relationships. Not only will I NEVER purchase anything from CAROLINA FITNESS EQUIPMENT but I will make the people that I am affiliated with aware of the way I was treated.
