I pulled into my garage on Friday evening, pushed the button to close the garage door and as I was walking into the house heard a loud crack and ran back out to find one of the springs had broken. With my vehicle in the garage! After searching on YouTube for a solution to get my vehicle out (remote control and brute force did it!), I started calling garage door repair companies. It took three calls to find one that could come out on Monday morning between 7-9AM. I waited only to have the repair person never show up or call. I looked at Google reviews for RCS before submitting a repair request online and within a couple hours, I had a phone call back and an appointment set up. Steve arrived today right on time and did a fantastic job replacing the springs and calibrating the door all while answering a million of my questions about what he was doing and why. I like to know how things work so I appreciated Garage Door Tutorial 101 from Steve! I highly recommend RCS and they are the only company I'll call in the future.
