Faulty, old electricity. No early check in. Arrived at 2pm after requesting early check in and was assured that a room would be ready before the usual 4pm check in. Waited 2 hours in a cramped "Cognac Room" with 6 chairs and no refreshments or snacks. Not worth the $$
