Excellent customer service is a priority for iiNet and that is exactly what you get. When I was looking for a new provider I contacted another high profile company and the two staff that I spoke to were extremely pushy to the point of being aggressive. I contacted iiNet and was very impressed with the service and their plans. I joined approximately 18 months ago and have not regretted it once. Service is prompt, any issues are quickly resolved, compensation is offered if an issue can t be resolved immediately, and all staff have been extremely helpful.
