Attended a gala dinner. The food were tasty and good. Facilities are great. Parking a bit complicated or confusing. I did not notice signage of the event that can lead/inform attendees to the ballroom. During the event the waiter forgotten that one more meal before dessert was not yet served but he already started to clear the plates. Overall good experience but as a high end hotel in city centre, people will expect perfection even the basic item like the event signage visibility.
