I recently had an unfortunate series of events where I needed to buy a new caw unexpectedly. If the need for a car wasn't stressful enough, having to deal with having to go through the process of buying a car certainly was enough to put me on edge upon my arrival. The amount of stars I have decided to rate the overall experience is largely due to Charles Calabro. He alone saved the experience for me. I don't want to put anyone down, but Charles really stood out and was on top of his game. He made the experience painless and quick. It was evident that he did everything in his power to get me the car I wanted. And I greatly appreciate that. In an industry where there is a certain stigma associated with car salesmen, Charles truly changes that perspective.
