I purchased a car 2 years ago, the Carfax report was showing that the car was clean and nothing wrong with it, after 2 years I wanted to sell the car and here it comes that the car had an accident in 2014, I bought the car in 2016 and nobody told me that the car was involved in an accident so the car is worthless now, I went to speak to them and the sales manager was telling me that there is nothing he can do, I was very disappointed by his reaction and how he was trying to pouch out the door, I don't understand how the car was certified and they tell you that they check 160 points, I feel that it wasn't an honest deal and I was ripped off, I wouldn't recommend your place to anyone, I was a loyal customer, every little maintenance I do, I do it in your shop, I drive 2 hours to your location to get my oil change, the service department are very professional, but the sales department I don't think so, not everyone but the way I was treated today and how the manager was talking wasn't professional, I was ripped off and it's frustrating, I wanted the GMs phone number they didn't even want to give to me,,, it's crazy how they pouch you inside when you want to buy and crazier how they pouch out when you have a problem,,, very very disappointing
