The manger Brittany in the salisbury nc store was so mean I had been exposed to covid-19 and had to be out of work for 2 weeks so I called her what was going on she treated me awful I called customer service they were willing to work with me Brittany said to me customer service doesn't run my store than told me they would pick up my washer I asked how Much I owe she doubled the price she is still going to charge me until June 4th and she said even if I make payment she would be picking it up cause I am 12days late and she said no communication even though I spoke with her and customer service many times and had ticket numbers where I spoke to customer service because again she says customer service does not run her store I just went
