Unethical group. Renters beware. On move out, CA...

Unethical group. Renters beware. On move out, CA reality Group will nickel and dime you with all kinds of fees. i.e. carpet replacement, light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, closet plastic guides. Take lots of pictures and document everything on move in. To respond to your statement below....False. I can show you the move out statements
