When we checked in on July 14 2016 they gave us the wrong room which we made our reservations in may, not only was it the wrong room but there was dried blood on the couch and all over the light switches in the bathroom (I should of took pictures). I went and spoke to Raja the manager not once did he apologize the only thing he said was he did not have another room for us to switch to I asked what happen to the room I reserved and he couldn't give me an answer he said he could change my room tomorrow (Friday)he did send someone to clean the room (the only choice I was given) so Friday comes I go down to change rooms I speak to Raja again he's looking at me like he was lost. He said I'm let me see what I can do I said what do you mean I have my email that has the reservations and what room we reserved world you like to see it he said no, I will be right back, once again he never apologized for the inconvenience, he comes back and said I will have your room ready have your stuff packed and ready, I told him I never unpacked my stuff that I'm ready he said that he would call me when my room was ready and sent me on my way oh I also told him that he needed to have someone check the ice machine cause it had mold in it he said he would and never did we tried it several times it was never fixed we had to go buy a bag of ice. Still through all of this no one apologized or offered like a free dinner or something I mean at least acknowledge what's going on like you halfway care. The pool was dirty and cloudy I had to ask the pool guy to skim off the surface. Just was not a good experience and will not be back to be treated like I didn't matter. We spent a lot of money to stay there!!! Our first time and our last time!!!
