Here are the two things you need to know: 1) they showed up when they said they would and 2) they kept their promises.

I am very pleased with my experience with Broward Impact. Jorge, my salesman, was helpful throughout all parts of the process. Mike and his install team put the windows in faster than I expected and with very little cleanup needed. I was surprised how little I had to do when they were done. When I ran into a slight problem with a window screen, after my final payment was made, I was afraid that like many Florida businesses Broward would just take my money and run. Instead, Joe M. worked with me to resolve the problem, communicated with me about progress, and followed through to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Given my experience with other businesses in SoFl I would highly recommend.
