Buyer beware, this company does mediocre work. Employees leave constantly, it is a revolving door here, so warranty work is bad. My system started having problems within 10 months and they did not want to fix them. They kept prolonging appointment times. When you call nobody knows what is going on. Be careful of their sales guys, they will promise you everything but will never come thorough. Have everything written/signed/dated, just do not go with what they say. It be better to stay away from these people. Look for a better company, do not rely on 4 stars they had when I got sucked in. They must paying people to give them good reviews.

I read your reply MR CEO. Something is not adding up here. Either you do not know what is going in your company or you are flat out lying. I wrote this review for my dad who is not computer literate and does not read the contracts but is old school who goes by the word of the person. Your sales guys took advantage of him. Later we called David B something who was the General Manager. He brushed us off which is the reason I am writing this review. There was another lady Emily something and the same situation.
