We visited on the last day of seasonal operation in 2020. It also happened to be a $12 admission day, which apparently draws the local crowds. It was quite crowded, despite the fact that they were advertising reduced capacity.

They have quite a few slides to choose from. Small kids to adults should have no problem enjoying themselves. The lazy river was relaxing for the most part (when your tube wasn't being pushed around by an unsupervised 10 year old).

The food was typical of most waterparks. Not bad, but not great, and certainly not a good value (5 bucks for an Uncrustable?) It's going to run you at least 40 bucks to feed a family of 4. They don't allow outside food in the park, so budget accordingly or plan to tailgate in the parking lot.
My one biggest gripe is that they placed sand in many of the areas with the beach chairs. This sand gets all over your belongings and generally makes a mess of things.

There are lifeguards everywhere, and they are ON IT. No one gets away with shenanigans at this place.

We had a great time at Sun Splash and we'll probably be back.
