Lovely hotel with friendly staff & doormen, good facilities, a TV, great shower, air conditioning, free wifi and free bottled water/tea & coffee/fruit/newspapers. Absolutely loved that each room offers a free android smartphone, specifically designed with London tourists in mind, that you can take out and about with you - access to Google maps, free calls & texts, city guide, etc. However, we did request a room with 2 single beds and were given a double bed, which was a little small and the mattress transmitted every movement made. One improvement that the hotel could make is to allow guests to request NO clean towels/new toiletries - even though we only stayed 2 nights, our towels were washed and our barely-used bar of soap replaced. As more and more comes to light about this country s devastating use of energy & power it would be great to be able to save energy and packaging where possible! Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.
