Could not have asked for a more positive experience from booking the appointment with CJ to giving Bob a hug to thank him for his great service. They squeezed me in at the last moment, but you would have never known by the way they took care of my fireplace...fixed it, cleaned it. put it back together and all with a smile on his face!
