I was in town and needed a plaque for a family reunion that was 2 weeks away. The difficult thing for me was I was in town for one day and didn t have the wording together. A few days later I called from my home state and we communicated via email from there. Needless to say, Claudio delivered in a MAJOR way and I was very pleased with his professionalism, valiant effort in making sure the plaque was completed and a beautiful piece of art.
