I completely disagree on this. No body works without being paid. In case of employees leaving the company and asking for dues to be cleared at their will becomes unacceptable for any company. In my tenure I have not seen this and my ex-colleagues were being called and their dues were settled. Its your curiosity that makes you jump and try to extract your dues in a day or two or else you start talking. Its very human.

From a different prospective you also have to judge the persons who is leaving the company and the reasons cited by him or her. The statement is completely incorrect according to me.

Axiom estates is an office by Birla company situated in PTI building in sector V salt lake in East Kolkata . This company deals the property like land and building as an agent . Peoples are buying property like land and building through this agent .

Axiom made me purchase Mounthill fission apartment, seven years back. The apt is not handed over yet. Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic experience. If there was a zero star rating I would give that. The CEO Rajesh Goenka is a crook and has taken money from me and many others like myself and never delivered anything in return.
Beware of him and his team - they are all the same. Please google Rajesh Goenka fraud to find out for yourself.
Axiom Estates which at one time claimed to be the largest NRI broker for properties in India. Rajesh is a world class crook and has cheated hundreds of people. Took their money and never delivered anything in return. When the going got tough, for him in UK, he quietly left the country and is now operating the business from Kolkata. What is truly shocking is that this guy is an IIT Mumbai Alumni and a very close relative of the richest Indian in London. Shame Shame RG.
