No respect for the customer or even their profession.

Had to pick up documents and is always open until 8pm.
T would be ready today - and not a word
mentioned about other closing times - but then
I arrived I was casually told today
One or other staff outing was out at 6pm
was already closed.

I indicate that I am only collecting something
the time that was indicated to me and that I from the other side
vd city I came to travel and that I was not told anything about others
times and that even online was still 8pm
(It was also just open, but Mrs. refuses
just to help).

this lady. Typically arrogance and egoism of officials.
